WHAT HAPPENS IN THE SESSION:

As you relax, under a warm blanket, fully clothed, on a comfortable table, Gayle plays soft, beautiful, celestial, ethereal music to help you to relax, feel peaceful, and to help uplift your energy to higher states of awareness.

At the very beginning of the session, you will enjoy hearing the soft, deeply relaxing, meditative, and exotic instrumental healing sounds of Tibetan singing bowls, Japanese rin gong, Tibetan tingsha, Indian paayal, Tibetan gong, and miniature Indian bell.

In addition, Gayle lightly uses natural aromatherapy called Aura-Soma which is made up of the energies of crystals, minerals, plants, trees, color, and light for your well-being, inner peace, and energetic balance.

Gayle then takes a few minutes to be silent in a deep meditation while she tunes into your Higher Self/Soul and Spirit. While you are relaxing and drifting into higher states of consciousness, Healing Universal Life-Force Energy gently and lovingly flows to you. Divine Universal Life-Force Energy flows to the places you need it and are open and willing to accept it most.

NOTE: Please do not wear heavy perfume or cologne because Gayle is allergic.

Please do wear socks and wear loose, comfortable clothing for the session.

Also, please do not wear lots of jewelry or a big, wide belt.

Prior to your session, please do not drink lots of caffeine, do not eat a heavy meal, and do not drink a lot of liquids.

Please do not come on an empty stomach or a skipped meal.

Please do not participate in a session under the influence of alcohol or recreational drugs.

Please be on time for your session and please use the restroom before coming so as not to take time away from your session.

Leave early so you can find Gayle's home office in plenty of time. It's pretty easy to get to her office and there's plenty of free parking, but you want to allow a little extra time so you can arrive at your appointment feeling calm. The more relaxed you are, the easier she can help you.

NOTE: If you arrive early, you can ring the lobby buzzer 5 minutes prior to your session, but please do not ring the lobby buzzer any earlier than 5 minutes prior to your appointment because Gayle will be meditating and praying in preparation for your session.

Please note that the building is not wheel-chair accessible.

You must be 18 years or older to participate in a session with Gayle.

During your session, please turn off cell phones and beepers so they won't go off. Do not set on ring tone or vibrate.

NOTE: You may bring a bottle of water to the session, but please do not bring food, coffee, tea, soft drinks or any other beverages to the session.

If possible, try not to participate in anything too mental, strenuous or too busy after your session. That way, you can enjoy inner peace, tranquility, contemplation, and insights for the rest of the day.

Unless you have made other arrangements with Gayle, please come alone to the session, as it is very uplifting, inspiring, sacred, and healing.

24 HOUR CHANGE OR CANCELLATION POLICY FOR SESSION:

In order to be fair to all, the following policy is firm. If you need to change or cancel your appointment, for any reason, you must TELEPHONE GAYLE AT LEAST 24 HOURS PRIOR to the date of your appointment or your credit card will be charged for the full appointment. Do not email Gayle with a change or cancellation as she may not receive it in time. Therefore, changes and cancellations that are emailed are not valid.

Just as with any other professional service, if you fail to telephone Gayle to advise her of a change or cancellation at least 24 hours prior to the date of the appointment or if you are late for your session or if you inadvertently miss your session or if you cannot keep your appointment, for whatever reason, you will be charged for the full appointment. Advance notice of a change or cancellation allows Gayle to schedule other clients that are wait-listed. All sales are final. No refunds.

TAPE RECORDING OF THE SESSION:

NOTE: If you are having a Combined Session (Spiritual Healing with Chakra Balancing PLUS Psychic Guidance) and you would like Gayle to make a CD or cassette tape recording of the Psychic Reading, please add $10 to the cost of the session. You are also welcome to record the Psychic Reading part of the session yourself or take notes. If you decide to bring your own recorder to the reading, remember to use fresh batteries. You will not be able to use an electrical outlet to record the session.

Although Gayle has not had a significant problem with CDs or cassette tapes of the readings, your CD or cassette tape is not guaranteed. Therefore, if the original CD or cassette tape is lost in the mail or damaged upon arrival or if there are technical problems during the recording, there is no replacement CD or tape or refund.

Recordings are only for use as a personal record of your consultation. Permission to use recordings of readings for any other use is prohibited without the written signed consent of Gayle Kirk.
