Anyone using Gayle Kirk's services acknowledges that they have read and understand the details of the disclaimer, agree to the disclaimer, and release Gayle Kirk of any and all liability/responsibility for any actions or in-actions.

Gayle does not offer consultation services for anyone under 18 years of age without consent from a parent or legal guardian and their presence at the reading, workshop, or program.

I understand that in making an appointment with Gayle Kirk that I am paying for her time, not for the content of the session.

I understand that all sales are final and that there are no refunds.

Since references to the future and outcomes are based on potentials, possibilities, and probabilites at the time of the reading based on mine and others' actions or inactions and due to interpretation as to what was said at the time of the reading, I understand that there is no guarantee on the accuracy rate of a reading, session, or consultation. A session, reading, consultation, spiritual healing, chakra balancing or any other session, CD, book, lecture or workshop with Gayle Kirk by telephone, in-person, in a group or by email and is not fortune-telling, nor does Gayle imply or infer such.

Therefore, I understand that all predictive information and references to the future and/or outcomes should be used for entertainment purposes only. Sessions, consultations, and messages are a form of inspiration, insight, and self-empowerment. Gayle accepts no responsibility for any actions/in-actions that an individual takes based on information given in a reading. It is strongly suggested, that any pertinent information be discussed with the appropriate professional to evaluate choices/options and assess risks and consequences before taking any action/non-action. Again, Gayle makes no claims to be a mental health counselor, legal advisor, financial advisor, physician or fortune teller.

No one in any area of professional consultation is 100% accurate, whether they are a physician, psychotherapist, business strategist, etc. Gayle makes no guarantees, expressed or implied, with respect to the accuracy, relevancy, or quality of information provided in a session, reading, consultation, spiritual healing, chakra balancing, healing, class, group program, CD, book, lecture or workshop.

Gayle will do her best to help me to make a connection with my loved ones in Heaven, if requested. She has hundreds of satisfied clients and many years of experience. However, I understand that Gayle offers no guarantees, implied warranties, or assurances of any kind regarding her readings/session/workshops or other services and products.

I also understand that, like with all mediums, Gayle cannot guarantee a connection/message with a specific person in Heaven or with anyone in Spirit during a mediumship session since most of what happens depends on Spirit. I realize that if a connection with a loved one in Heaven is not made, Gayle will focus the reading on providing me with psychic guidance, intuitive life coaching, and spiritual counseling regarding my questions about my life. I realize that it is important for me to have specific personal questions ready for Gayle and to be willing to give a brief history of the people and situations concerned and to be willing to honestly and openly discuss them with Gayle in order to receive inspiration and insight.

I understand that Gayle Kirk is not a psychological or medical professional and is unable to and does not claim to diagnose, prescribe, treat, prevent, heal or cure any ailment be it mental, emotional, spiritual or physical in nature. Any references to emotional, psychological, physical or medical conditions should be discussed with a psychological or medical professional. Any information received in a session or reading, does not/should not replace seeking the counsel of a licensed mental health or legal professional, physician, finanical planner or other professional or care.

I realize Gayle's work is a complement to regular allopathic medicine. It is not a substitute for conventional medical diagnosis or treatment for any medical or psychological condition. For such issues, I should seek the proper licensed physician or healthcare professional. She does not make any promises, warranties or guarantees about results of her work or of her readings. Her work may help many people, but like any modality, it won't work for everyone.

If I desire, Gayle will attempt to CD or cassette tape-record the reading or consultation if I pay for one, but she cannot guarantee the quality or receipt of CDs or tapes mailed to me. I understand that there are no refunds for recordings if technical difficulties occur during the recording or if the CD is damaged or lost in the mail or if Gayle makes a mistake in the recording. Recordings are only for me as a personal record of your consultation. I understand that permission to record Gayle Kirk's voice for any reason or to use her name, image or likeness must be received and approved of in writing by Gayle Kirk prior to communication. I will not record any part of a reading without Gayle Kirk's consent.

All video and audio recorded information pertaining to any session, reading, consultation, event, class, lecture, group program or workshop either by telephone or in-person or in a group is to be used as a personal memory aid by and for me only. Any other use is prohibited without the written signed consent of Gayle Kirk. These recordings and affiliated copyrights are the property of Gayle Kirk. Any use other than as a personal record of one's consultation is strictly prohibited.

All consultations are conducted solely upon the discretion of Gayle Kirk and she maintains the right to refuse services to any individual(s) or groups or organizations at any time for any reason and potentially without reimbursement. Gayle reserves the right to refuse service to anyone or to terminate your participation in a reading, session, program or class, at any time, potentially without refund, if she feels you are disrespectful, disruptive, unbalanced, unfit or if she is not comfortable for any reason or if she feels your participation is not appropriate for yourself or for others.

Consultations, readings, groups, programs or interviews conducted under false pretense will be deemed null and void (this includes media representatives, researchers or others who do not fully disclose their affiliations/intentions). Gayle maintains the right to have any recording (and/or copies of such) of any consultation that is misused destroyed at her request. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding in these matters.

Gayle also does not assume and hereby disclaims any liability to any person, entity, group or organization for any loss or damages (including, without limitation, physical, mental, emotional, spiritual, psychic, special, indirect, financial, incidental or consequential) caused in regard to any information and/or any suggestion(s) or advice provided to clients through consultation with her regardless of whether resulting from negligence, accident, or any other cause whatsoever.

By making an appointment with Gayle, I agree that I have read and understand the details of this disclaimer, agree to this disclaimer, and release Gayle Kirk of any and all liability/responsibility for any actions or in-actions.

By making an appointment with Gayle, I also agree to the Change-Cancellation-Refund Policy.
