Cash or Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover are the only forms of payment accepted for your convenience.
If your debit card has a credit card symbol on it, you can also pay with a debit card.
On the day of the session, you may pay in exact cash if the session is in-person.

Gayle will tape-record your reading, if you wish. Please add just $5 for In-Person Readings to cover the cost of the standard size cassette tape.

If you have a Telephone Reading and require the tape to be mailed within the United States, please add just $10 to cover the cost of the tape and shipping.

If you live outside the United States and want a cassette recording of your Telephone Reading, please add just $15 to cover the cost of the tape, shipping, and handling.

Although Gayle has not had a significant problem with cassette tapes, your tape is not guaranteed. Therefore, if the original tape is lost in the mail, damaged upon arrival or if there are technical problems during the recording, there is no replacement tape. You are welcome to tape-record the session or take notes. If you decide to bring your own tape-recorder to tape the reading as well, remember to use fresh batteries. You will not be able to use an electrical outlet to tape-record the session.

TELEPHONE SESSIONS:

A Telephone Reading is a very satisfying, loving, healing, and uplifting experience.

Please call Gayle at (617) 489-7717 (Eastern Standard Time) at the exact time you are scheduled on the day of your reading.

Please use landline phones. Do not use cell phones, speaker phones or car phones. If you can, please turn off Call Waiting. Please turn off cell phones and beepers (do not set on ring tone or vibrate) so they won't go off during your session. Please call from a quiet, private place in your home where you won't be disturbed by other people or pets.

BEFORE BOOKING YOUR READING:

Please don't tell Gayle who has passed or any other information about your loved ones in Spirit when you are booking your reading or during your reading. This will allow you to have a more meaningful reading. It will assist you in truly knowing that the information Gayle gives you is really from your loved ones in Spirit because you haven't told her anything prior to your reading.

Also, it helps if you send those in Spirit your love, your thoughts, and prayers ahead of time. Tell them you love them, you miss them, and that you would really like to hear from them during the reading. Tell them the day and the time of the reading. It's the love that you share with those on the Other Side that helps to bridge the feeling of distance and to make the connection.

SUGGESTIONS FOR A GREAT READING:

24 HOUR CHANGE OR CANCELLATION POLICY:

If you need to change or cancel the date or the time of your appointment, for any reason, you must TELEPHONE GAYLE AT LEAST 24 HOURS PRIOR to the date of your appointment or your credit card will be charged for the full appointment. Do not email Gayle with a change or cancellation as she may not receive it in time. Therefore, cancellations that are emailed are not valid. Just as with any other professional service, if you fail to telephone Gayle to advise her of a cancellation or of a change at least 24 hours prior or if you inadvertently miss your session, you will not be refunded your session fee. All sales are final. No refunds.
