All Private Sessions can be done over the Telephone or In-Person.
When you call, please have your credit card with you to reserve the appointment.
Gayle does not use email to make appointments.

Cash or Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover are the only forms of payment accepted for your convenience.
If your debit card has a credit card symbol on it, you can also pay with a debit card.
On the day of the session, you may pay in exact cash if the session is in-person.
Sorry, no personal checks.

Gayle will tape-record your session, if you wish. The standard size cassette tape is provided by Gayle and included in the cost of the session.

Although Gayle has not had a significant problem with cassette tapes, your tape is not guaranteed. Therefore, if the tape is lost in the mail, damaged upon arrival or if there are technical problems during the recording, there is no replacement tape. You are welcome to tape-record the session or take notes. If you decide to bring your own tape-recorder to tape the session as well, remember to use fresh batteries. You will not be able to use an electrical outlet to tape-record the session.

Please note that Gayle's building is not wheel-chair accessible. If you use a wheel-chair, please schedule a telephone appointment.

TELEPHONE SESSIONS:

Please call Gayle at (617) 489-7717 (Eastern Standard Time) at the exact time you are scheduled for your session.

IF YOU ARE HAVING A TELEPHONE SESSION, PLEASE HAVE A CLOCK OR WATCH WITH YOU IN ORDER TO TIME THE SESSION BECAUSE GAYLE WILL BE IN TRANCE.

Please use landline phones. Do not use cell phones, speaker phones or car phones. If you can, please turn off Call Waiting. Please turn off cell phones and beepers (do not set on ring tone or vibrate) so they won't go off during your session. Call from a quiet, private place in your home where you won't be disturbed by other people or pets.

Gayle prefers it if you can come for a session in-person, but sometimes you just can't. Please relax and know that a session over the telephone is very good and very healing also. Spirit can communicate with you no matter where you are. You don't need to be sitting in the same room as Gayle to receive loving, reassuring messages. It's mind to mind communication known as telepathy so it works everywhere.

Because your session with the Guides is sacred, personal, and healing, other people may not sit in on your session. It's because they end up getting personal guidance too which takes away from your time.

24 HOUR CHANGE OR CANCELLATION POLICY:

If you need to change or cancel the date or the time of your appointment, for any reason, you must TELEPHONE GAYLE AT LEAST 24 HOURS PRIOR to the date of your appointment or your credit card will be charged for the full appointment.

Do not email Gayle with a change or cancellation as she may not receive it in time. Therefore, cancellations that are emailed are not valid. Just as with any other professional service, if you fail to telephone Gayle to advise her of a cancellation or of a change at least 24 hours prior or if you inadvertently miss your session, you will not be refunded your session fee. All sales are final. No refunds.
