The guidance from Spirit is loving, wise, and trustworthy. It often touches your heart. The Guides and I have your highest and best interests in mind. Spirit may speak about past lives regarding a significant person or a challenge to help you understand it from a Higher, loving perspective and to heal.

In trance, the voice of Spirit is represented by our Souls, Masters, Guides, Angels, Light Beings, and Divine Intelligence. Guides may speak in one voice as a group. Guides may occasionally speak individually as themselves. The guidance may also come as a group, rather than as a single Guide.

Spirit has said who they are is not important. The Guides want to focus on you and your growth, not on themselves. What matters is the guidance they share and how helpful it is. The information from Spirit is loving, intelligent, and has your highest and best interests. You will likely find it empowering.

If I am in trance, I may hear some of what is said as you speak with Spirit, but I soon forget most or all of the conversation. Your reading is safe and private. Simply relax, let go, ask Spirit for help, and open your heart to receive. Have faith and trust in the Higher Realms ability to assist you. Help yourself to receive by being open, allowing, sincerely requesting Divine assistance, freeing yourself of guilt, blame, shame, anger, depression, grief, fear, and resistance to change. Do your best to still your mind, calm your emotions, and relax your body. Enjoy the experience!
