Sessions are scheduled in Eastern Time (ET) for Raleigh, North Carolina, USA.

Please check your time zone and mark your calendar.


Sessions are for 1 person only.

Others may not "sit in" or "listen in" on your session. Others may not be present in the room with you. Please have someone watch your children.


I prefer your Private Session is on ZOOM (Video & Audio).


Telephone Sessions (Audio) are ONLY AVAILABLE if you are in the USA or CANADA.

For Telephone Sessions, I WILL CALL YOU. I call the telephone number you gave in your payment information.


You may record the session for your personal and private use only.

Let me know if you wish to record the session. I do not record it.


Please speak English well. You may not use a translator as it makes things more difficult.

MISSED AND LATE APPOINTMENTS will be forfeited without refund, no exceptions.


Mistakes on time zones or dates of a session appointment will not receive a refund, no exceptions.

Your appointment is nontransferable due to limited availability and the specialized nature of sessions.


IF YOU NEED TO RESCHEDULE, Contact Me AT LEAST 48 HOURS PRIOR TO SESSION DATE.

There is no rescheduling less than 48 HOURS for any reason, no exceptions.


Disruptions, loud backgrounds, poor reception, or lack of your attention may result in early termination without refund.

Do not multitask, drive, be in a restaurant, or be outdoors during the session.

Your reading will be terminated without refund if you use alcohol or recreational drugs before or during the session.


IF YOU ARE AVAILABLE LESS THAN 5 MINUTES AFTER START TIME FOR YOUR SESSION, your time will be reduced accordingly. I will not extend or reschedule.


IF YOU ARE NOT AVAILABLE BY 5 MINUTES AFTER START TIME FOR YOUR SESSION, the session will be cancelled and forfeited without refund, no exceptions. This includes forgetting an appointment, daylight savings time, illness, getting lost finding my office, problems with directions, car difficulties, heavy traffic, family problems, weather, and any other reason.


PLEASE RESCHEDULE 48 HOURS PRIOR AND DO NOT COME TO YOUR IN-PERSON SESSION IF IN THE PAST 14 DAYS, you had a positive Covid test, cough, new persistent cough, raised temperature, headache, runny nose, nasal congestion, sore throat, sneezing, loss of taste or smell, or if you have been in close contact with anyone who has any of these symptoms, or if you are bleeding, have an open wound, virus, flu, infection, or are contagious in any way.


FOR IN-PERSON SESSION, we are unable to accommodate pets, service dogs, and emotional therapy pets out of consideration to others. Please do not bring them.
