These Terms of Use are designed to help create a respectful, safe, and positive experience for everyone.
By purchasing any service, session, class, program, product, or event from Gayle Kirk, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Use and the information provided throughout this website, including the Private Session description, Appointment Policies, No Refund Policy, and 48-Hour Change Policy.
Sessions & Appointments
All sessions, readings, mediumship sessions, trance channeling sessions, spiritual healing sessions, classes, programs, workshops, and events are personal services provided with care, time, and energy.
Due to limited availability and the personalized nature of these services:
No refunds are offered.
Appointments are nontransferable.
Rescheduling requires at least 48 hours’ notice.
Missed appointments and appointments shortened due to late arrival are forfeited.
Scheduling errors, time zone mistakes, illness, emergencies, technical difficulties, or other circumstances do not qualify for refunds or exceptions.
Sessions are for one person only. Other people may not listen in, participate, or be present during your private session unless specifically approved.
Please participate from a quiet, private location where you can be fully present and able to focus on your experience.
You must be at least 18 years old. Please speak English well enough to participate without a translator.
You may record your own session for your personal and private use only. Please notify me before recording. I do not record sessions.
Personal Responsibility & Spiritual Guidance
My work provides spiritual guidance, personal insight, healing support, and opportunities for reflection, growth, and greater understanding.
Spirit and I support you in connecting with your own inner wisdom, intuition, and personal guidance, while making your own choices.
You are responsible for your decisions, actions, and interpretations of any information shared during a session.
No guarantees, promises, predictions, or claims of specific outcomes are made. Information about possible future experiences is based on current circumstances, choices, patterns, and energy. Possibilities are not certainties.
Sessions are for personal spiritual reflection and are not a replacement for medical, psychological, legal, financial, veterinary, or other professional advice.
I am not medically trained. Divine Healing and Spiritual Healing are complementary spiritual practices and are not medical treatments, diagnoses, or substitutes for professional healthcare. Please continue following the advice of qualified healthcare professionals and do not stop medications or treatments without consulting your provider.
Session Boundaries
For the safety, comfort, and integrity of the session, Spirit and I do not provide:
Medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice
Diagnoses or treatment of illness
Predictions of death or disasters
Assistance locating missing persons
Determining paternity
Confirming or denying accusations of abuse or infidelity
Political or current event guidance
Confirming or disputing another psychic, medium, channel, or spiritual practitioner’s reading
I reserve the right to end a session without refund if a person is disrespectful, disruptive, argumentative, under the influence of alcohol or recreational drugs, or if continuing the session does not appear beneficial.
Mediumship & Spirit Communication
I do my very best to provide a meaningful and supportive experience. However, I cannot guarantee a connection with a specific loved one, pet, Guide, Angel, or Spirit being.
Each session is unique. Spirit, loved ones in Heaven, and I may share guidance and messages with love and compassion, but I encourage you to use your own heart, intuition, wisdom, and discernment when considering any information received.
Privacy, Recordings & Copyright
All information shared during sessions is for your personal and private use only.
You may not publish, distribute, reproduce, sell, share, or publicly display session content, recordings, messages, artwork, or materials without my written permission.
This includes screenshots, photographs, transcripts, summaries, and excerpts of session content.
All written content, artwork, Spirit Portraits, videos, recordings, classes, programs, teachings, and materials created by Gayle Kirk remain the intellectual property of Gayle Kirk and are protected by copyright laws.
Spirit Portraits, artwork, and other creative works may not be reproduced, distributed, modified, or sold without written permission.
Website & Digital Products
All content on www.GayleKirk.com, including text, images, artwork, videos, recordings, downloads, e-books, courses, and other materials, is protected by copyright and may not be copied, modified, distributed, or used commercially without written permission.
