These Terms of Use are designed to help create a respectful, safe, and positive experience for everyone.
By purchasing and/or participating in any service, reading/session, class, program, product, or event from Gayle Kirk, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Use and the information provided throughout this website, including the Private Session description, Appointment Policies, No Refund Policy, and 48-Hour Change Policy.
By booking a session, you agree that all information received during your session is for your personal and private use only.
You agree that you are at least 18 years old.
Sessions, events, programs, and classes are offered for spiritual guidance, personal reflection, and support. They are not a replacement for professional medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice.
I do not guarantee specific connections, messages, outcomes, or answers. I work openly and honestly with what I receive from Spirit.
You are responsible for your decisions and actions based on your interpretation of any insights received. Please use your discernment.
Sessions & Appointments
All sessions, readings, mediumship sessions, trance channeling sessions, spiritual healing sessions, classes, programs, workshops, and events are personal services provided with care, time, and energy.
Due to limited availability and the personalized nature of these services:
No refunds are offered.
Appointments are nontransferable.
Rescheduling requires at least 48 hours’ notice.
Missed appointments and appointments shortened due to late arrival are forfeited.
Scheduling errors, time zone mistakes, illness, emergencies, technical difficulties, or other circumstances do not qualify for refunds or exceptions.
Sessions are for one person only. Other people may not listen in, participate, or be present during your private session unless specifically approved.
Please participate from a quiet, private location where you can be fully present and able to focus on your experience.
Please speak English well enough to participate without a translator.
You may record your own session for your personal and private use only. Please notify me before recording. I do not record sessions.
For trance channeling, I take a few minutes to enter an altered state of consciousness through deep relaxation.
The final 10 minutes of your trance channeling session are dedicated to my transition out of the trance state and to bring things to a close.
Personal Responsibility & Spiritual Guidance
My work provides spiritual guidance, personal insight, healing support, and opportunities for reflection, growth, and greater understanding.
Spirit and I support you in connecting with your own inner wisdom, intuition, and personal guidance, while making your own choices.
No guarantees, promises, predictions, or claims of specific outcomes are made. Information about possible future experiences is based on current circumstances, choices, patterns, and energy. Possibilities are not certainties.
Sessions are for personal spiritual reflection and are not a replacement for medical, psychological, legal, financial, veterinary, or other professional advice.
I am not medically trained. Divine Healing and Spiritual Healing are complementary spiritual practices and are not medical treatments, diagnoses, or substitutes for professional healthcare. Please continue following the advice of qualified healthcare professionals and do not stop medications or treatments without consulting your provider.
Session Boundaries
For the safety, comfort, and integrity of the session, Spirit and I do not provide:
Medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice
Diagnoses or treatment of illness
Predictions of death or disasters
Assistance locating missing persons
Determining paternity
Confirming or denying accusations of abuse or infidelity
Political or current event guidance
Confirming or disputing another psychic, medium, channel, or spiritual practitioner’s reading
Sessions provide spiritual guidance and personal insights to support reflection and personal choice.
Any future possibilities shared are based on current circumstances, life patterns, and choices.
They are not guarantees, predictions, certainties, promises, or fortune-telling.
I reserve the right to end a session without refund if a person is disrespectful, disruptive, argumentative, under the influence of alcohol or recreational drugs, or if continuing the session does not appear beneficial.
Mediumship & Spirit Communication
I do my very best to provide a meaningful and supportive experience. However, I cannot guarantee a connection with a specific loved one, pet, Guide, Angel, or Spirit being.
Each session is unique. Spirit, loved ones in Heaven, and I may share guidance and messages with love and compassion, but I encourage you to use your own heart, intuition, wisdom, and discernment when considering any information received.
Intellectual Property and Use Restrictions
All written, visual, audio, video, photographic, digital, and other materials created or provided by Gayle Kirk—including all full and partial private or group readings/sessions, events, classes, presentations, workshops, messages, work, tutoring, advice, conversations, opinions, quotes, anecdotes, biographical information, teachings, programs, artwork, Spirit Portraits, recordings, and related promotional or marketing materials—are protected and/or owned by Gayle Kirk to the extent permitted by law.
Without Gayle Kirk’s prior written legal permission, no such material, or any screenshot, photograph, recording, transcript, summary, excerpt, or reproduction of it, may be recorded, copied, reproduced, edited, modified, published, displayed, distributed, shared, marketed, licensed, sold, or otherwise used, in whole or in part, in any format or medium.
Gayle Kirk retains all copyrights and intellectual property rights in her artwork and creative works, including artwork created during sessions. Purchasing artwork or a Spirit Portrait transfers ownership of the physical item only and does not grant reproduction, distribution, modification, publication, licensing, marketing, or resale rights. All rights not expressly granted in writing are reserved.

All content on www.GayleKirk.com, including text, images, artwork, videos, recordings, downloads, e-books, courses, and other materials, is protected by copyright and may not be copied, modified, distributed, or used commercially without written permission.
Digital products, recordings, e-books, and online materials are for your personal use only and are nonrefundable after purchase or delivery.
